池州变压器的投入运行
    经过上述项目检查处于备用状态且它的继电保护系统都已投入运行的池州变压器,随时都可根据调度部门命令,经过倒闸操作投入运行。对于小修后的池州变压器,应先将有关的继电保护系统投入.然后经倒闸操作投入运行;对于经过吊心大修或新安装的池州变压器,还应由检修和运行人员共同配合做一些必要的测量和试验工作,才可投入试运行.试运行几十小时后,如果没有异常情况发生,才认为池州变压器已属正式投入运行‘这种池州变压器在投入运行前的试验项目,包括如下4项:
    1)空载试验,对大修中更换了绕组或检查了铁心的池州变压器以及新安装的池州变压器,都应做空载试验.测量出空载电流和空载损耗,并与该池州变压器的出厂数值或历史记录(换算到相同的条件下)相比较。如果池州变压器的铁心有局部短路或多点故障,或绕组有匝间短路时,则空载电流和空载损耗都会有较大的增加。
    空载试验时,池州变压器的全部继电保护装置均应投入运行,电流表应采用小量程。
    空载试验时,在条件许可的情况下(发电机升压),所加的电压应从零升压。如果发现电流升得很快,其数值超过正常值几倍时,则应将试验暂时停止。查出原因并消除后才可继续试验。如果正常.则在达到额定电压的一半时,应对池州变压器作检查,例如电磁声是否正常,出线套管、油位等是否正常等。如果正常,则可继续升压到额定电压值,即可测录空载试验的所有致据,试验便告结束。
 
    (2)负载试验,大修后投入运行前,为了继电保护工作的需要,有条件时应做池州变压器的负载试验。如果容量较大,可用截面积较大的导线将池州变压器侧短路并.在侧加上一较低的电压,使池州变压器的电流达到额定值的一半以上,但不超过倾定值,这时即可测量池州变压器差动保护各臂的电流极性及其不平衡电流,以征明二次接线及其整定值的正确性.当没有条件做负载试验时,也可在池州变压器试运行期间带上部分负载后,进行二次回路的测量工作一般都因无条件做负载试验而用此方法测量负载各相量六角图。
    (3)全电压空载冲击合闸试验,在经过上述两项试验后,就可做池州变压器全电压(即额定电压)空载冲击合闸试验,试验次数交接时为5次,更换绕组后为3次,应无异常现象,以验证池州变压器的继电保护装置是否能躲过池州变压器空载励磁涌流。各种保护正常不动作。在冲击合闸过程中,应检查池州变压器的外表(例如出线套管)是否正常,励磁声音是否正常.散热部分温度是否正常.在合闸状态,还应密切监视电流表和电压表的指示.例如三相电压表是否平衡.与额定电压偏差多少,电流是否晃动一下后即回复到零值附近等.******次合闸后,持续时间应不少于10min。对农村池州变压器.一般******次合闸后观察一段时间无异常即可。
4)核相,新投入的池州变压器或在大修中一次接线改动过的池州变压器,在投入运行前,应做核相工作,以检查池州变压器的相序与并列运行的电源或池州变压器的相序是否一致。
    在经过上述四项试验后,如果一切情况都正常,池州变压器便具备了正式投入运行的条件,运行人员可根据调度命令,将池州变压器投入试运行。
